The patient is unable to communicate any history.

Initial vitals:

BP 74/35

HR 132

RR 20 & Shallow

BGL 5.6 mmol/l (100.9 mg/dL)

Airway is clear but patient is unable to maintain an open airway. ECG is being initiated and blood work has been ordered. Bleeding is being controlled with direct pressure.

There is nothing in his pockets but a brown powder is seen in his nostrils.
