Ride with the Devil

I know many of you can relate to my artwork because we’ve had shared experiences in emergency services…. However, I’m not so sure about this one.
This is based on a psychiatric emergency we went on years ago; it still sticks with me. The husband of our elderly patient called 911 because his wife was “possessed by the Devil.” Clearly a psychiatric call, I thought. The experience I had with this patient still haunts me. The physical changes, her strength, voice and language she used were horrifying. The sedatives and antipsychotics I gave her also had no affect. She would phase in and out of her condition, and it seemed I could see her face change in the process. By far the scariest call I’ve been on.
I wonder if any of you can relate to this one.
