Happiest Time of the Year

This is a difficult time of year for many of us. Experiencing family tragedies, suicide, loneliness and trauma at work takes a toll at any time of the year but it seems worse over the holidays. If you know or love an emergency worker, give them some extra time to adjust and process after their shift. Transitioning from catastrophe to the happiest time of the year with our own family takes some time.
